We are always looking for easier ways to use Airguard products. The Blockage Prevention System has been a very useful tool to help farmers have a more successful planting season. By reducing humidity in the air lines, and also reducing oil temperatures significantly, our customers are able to seed through the night and ensure that tractor oil temperatures stays where they should be.

There are times when it is advantageous to turn off the oil flow to the Blockage Prevention System. During startup is one of those times where bypassing the oil flow helps to reduce strain on the system. This is why we have developed a new bypass valve kit to allow our customers to reroute the oil flow around the oil cooler radiator. This is achieved by turning an included 3 way valve to allow oil flow into or around the radiator core.

Some producers also have had times where the heating of the air stream is not required. In this senario the bypass valve can also be used to allow the hydraulic functions to bypass the radiator core and act as per usual.

This kit is easy to install to any Air Seeder/Planter and gives you more flexibility when using an Airguard Blockage Prevention System.
